Riverside is a 3-bedroom detached cottage, 2 double, 1-twin bedroom, and an
all-new bathroom with bath, hand basin, toilet and a separate electric
shower unit.
Downstairs the sitting room has an open fire, colour television/video
and large french doors opening onto the sunny covered
patio. The new extension is a large kitchen/dining room, with
beamed ceilings, fireplace with log burner, pine table and chairs.
The kitchen includes a 4 ring electric hob, fan assisted double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker, with all new wood kitchen units giving ample storage space, more large patio doors look out across the fields for some wonderful sunsets.
The back door opens into a small entrance hall, with utility room equipped with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, sink unit and storage cupboards and a separate toilet.
Solid wood floors are throughout most of the property to keep a warm and cottage feeling. Night storage heaters are in all rooms.
The entire cottage was recently refurbished and decorated, 2 bedrooms are completely new, as are the 3 pine beds, pine furniture, curtains and blinds.
We check through, cleaning or doing whatever is necessary, changing
linen, towels, flowers etc. between each let, thus enabling you to enjoy
your holiday as soon as you arrive at Riverside.
Outside the property
there are lawns, ample graveled parking area, a grassed area leading
to open fields, washing line, garden furniture and
BBQ.
Well-behaved pets are most welcome but by prior arrangement please
